The Apple Watch Series 11 makes a good companion for keeping track how your walks with your best friend are going. Even though they like to stop in to check all the popular spots in the neighborhood a brisk walk for some additional exercise is good and you can see the results to see if you are making some progress toward your walking goals as well.
You can use the Apple Fitness app to track the basics or if you want some additional info you can use Apple Fitness+ for additional options. Keeping a log on basic walks is great if you want to log them for your progress each day.
Apple Watch Series 11 has some good health features. It can notify you of high blood pressure and possible hypertension in case that has been an issue or you didn't check up on anything like that yet. It has an ECG app and a Vitals app that can help track any deviations from the normal or if your feeling off at any moment. You can see your overnight health data including heart rate, wrist temperature, respiratory rate, and sleep duration and get a notification if they are out of your normal range of statistics. It can even take on-demand readings of your blood oxygen levels.
You can even track your daily activity with the activity rings whether in motion, exercising or just being still. You can also pause them or adjust them for any day of the week. The fitness data appears in the Fitness app on your iPhone.
It also has additional safety features such as emergency SOS, fall detection, crash detection and more to keep you or someone you know notified when you are out and about with your furry friend or friends or other friendly humans.
