Intel has released the Series 3 line of processors for 2026. The series includes the Intel Core Ultra X9, Ultra X7 and Ultra 5. You can find all the specs on the Intel page here.
The lineup includes the high end and flagship model the Intel Core Ultra X9 388H which has 16 cores and the Intel Arc B390 GPU.
There is also a high-performance Intel Core Ultra X7 358H with 16-cores which is also a pretty good update for processing power.
Finally, the Intel Core Ultra 5 325 that has 8-cores is made for the value lines of laptops that are made for easy travel and light weight.
The processors are about 14 in number of varying cores and cache levels. They come in from 6 to 16 cores and with processor speeds ranging from a Max Turbo Frequency of 4.4 GHz to 5.1 GHz.
These processors can be great in your next PC build or even laptop if you are the type that likes to take your gaming or creator setup with you.
Some of the laptops that will come with the new Series 3 are:
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon
We are anticipating the release of these laptops soon in 2026 as some of them may still be in pre-order status. The Asus, Dell, and Lenovo laptops listed above appear to already have availability.
Currently there are a few similar options available from the Series 2 lineup still available.
